The Lavender Room

From the comfortable king-sized bed in the Lavender Bedroom, you can see the sparkling sea beyond. Open the floor-to-ceiling sliding door and welcome the brush of incoming fresh air. Blackout curtains ensure a good night’s sleep and for the warmer nights, the room has air-conditioning or a ceiling fan whichever you prefer.

The Mahogany Room

Tucked into the hillside the Mahogany Bedroom offers a naturally cool space when the nights are warm.  It offers good-sized twin beds and a spacious wardrobe.  Blackout blinds keep out the creeping dawn for lie-ins and air conditioning or a ceiling fan keeps the temperature comfortable.

Shower Room

The bedrooms share a spacious walk-in shower room made of stone tiles which create a light and elegant space.  The window frames the orchard discreetly but also allows natural light to filter through.  It has a large sink and a pleasingly sized mirror for your morning rituals.

Spitaki Kitchen

The kitchen is completely self-sufficient with its own cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.  It has a large fridge, oven and hob.  Perfect for breakfast or making a snack.

Living Room or Gym

The Spitaki offers flexible living space which, as you prefer, can provide a lounge and dining area, or a gym and play area.

A 4-seater kitchen table and sofa and armchairs gives a cosy private space to eat and relax.

This living space can easily be turned into a gym, fully equipped with a spin bike, a rowing machine, an exercise bench, weights, and mats.

You can exercise with the sliding doors wide open to take advantage of the fresh air and the glorious sea view.

Alternatively, you can re-claim the space for a private living room area and move the gym onto the terrace outside!
